Do you need wide access for delivery, like a bin lorry? | ❌ No, our delivery does not require the wide access needed by a bin lorry. Our carriers can deliver through narrower spaces compared to most of other carriers as we drop off our Crates with Pallet trucks. |
Can you deliver if no one is home, with instructions left? | ✅ Yes, although we prefer to have someone present to receive the delivery. Our carrier will call you to schedule the delivery date and in case you are not at home you can leave detailed instructions on where to drop you firewood and as long as it is accessible, our drivers will do their best to accommodate your request. |
