Refund and Return Policy
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments made, subject to the goods being returned in the same condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are found to be faulty or incorrect.
Returned goods must be in their original packaging and must not have been used. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective Goods and Returns
If you believe the goods are defective, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the return or replacement of the goods at no cost to you, provided the defect is verified.
For non-defective goods, returns will be accepted only if the goods are in a saleable condition, and at least 66% of the original order must be returned. A transport fee of £40 per pallet (including VAT) will be deducted from your refund.
If returning goods, you must ensure our haulier has adequate access to the delivery site. Any additional haulage costs incurred due to lack of access will be passed on to you.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected by our team. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the process is completed.
In case of cancellation or if goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition (e.g., damaged or used), we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund reflecting the reduced value of the goods.
VAT
VAT will be applied at the appropriate rate based on the type of goods purchased. For domestic fuel supplies, the applicable VAT rate is 5%. For other goods, the standard VAT rate applies. By purchasing from us, you confirm compliance with relevant VAT legislation.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched on the same day if placed before 4 pm. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate access for delivery. A redelivery fee of £35 per pallet (including VAT) may apply if the delivery fails due to access issues or incorrect delivery details.
Delivery Conditions
Goods are considered delivered in a satisfactory condition if you or your representative signs the delivery note. If damages occur during delivery, note them on the delivery document and notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
Limitation of Liability
Neither party is liable for any losses unless those losses are foreseeable and directly related to a breach of these Terms and Conditions. This limitation does not apply to:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of statutory obligations under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or communication failures.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our written consent.
